Warty came to the Animal House on Christmas Day many years ago. He didn't go down the chimney with Santa but was instead wrapped up in a box under
the tree. He loves the Animal House and enjoys living here very much. A perfect day for him would be waking up in the morning, having a huge breakfast, taking
a nap in the sun, having an even huger lunch, rolling in mud, and having a gigantic dinner. As you can see, Warty loves food!
MUD, MUD, MUD, his favorite thing. It doesn't matter what he does with it. Lying in it, rolling in it, sledding in it, or even eating it. He's not very picky.
It's the one thing that he isn't very psyched about here. Hamlet doesn't let him come inside with muddy fur and won't keep any mud inside. It's just
torture for him. However, usually it's okay for him if he at least gets an hour in it every day!
How To Do Warty's Famous Coin Switch
To do this trick, you need to have a quarter and a penny. You need to have on a long-sleeved jacket or shirt, and you have to be working on a slick
and smooth surface. First, put the quarter up your sleeve so it stays there, but can easily drop out. Next, show your audience the penny sitting alone on the
table. Make sure the quarter doesn't fall out of your sleeve and your audience doesn't see it. Now, wave your wand over the penny while saying muttered nonsense
words like abracadabra, and fiddlydo (be creative). Now it's time for the real trick. Slide the sleeve with no quarter in it over the penny and slip it up your sleeve.
Quickly, so no one notices, drop the quarter from your other sleeve onto the table where the penny just sat. Take this part slowly at first, but then get
faster as you improve. Your audience will be astounded. They will think you just turned the penny into the quarter and gained 24 cents! But remember, a
magician never reveals his secrets.
