Bo came to the Animal House with his friend Snicky from Africa, where he had lived with his family. Bo is full of innovative ideas and has transformed the Animal House ever since the day he first arrived. Some of his projects include starting different clubs at school and re-designing the backyard to make it more fun for every animal. Snicky is his most helpful, loyal, and fun partner and is always by his side, no matter what they are doing together.
In his free time, Bo likes to play card games and doodle in his notebook. When he grows up, he hopes to be an architect, designing zoos, animal sanctuaries, and playgrounds. Although Bo loves to give Hamlet, Gigantor, and Buster Gray ideas for how they can improve different aspects of the Animal House, they don't listen to most of his suggestions (unless the situation is dire). Bo doesn't let this get to him and keeps up a cheerful, can-do attitude.
I didn't always live at the Animal Household. Up until a couple years ago, I lived in the forests of Africa with my family. In our troop, there were a couple other young gorillas like me. To entertain ourselves, while our parents were foraging for food, we played lots of games.
My favorite thing to do was to pretend like the entire jungle was a playground! Instead of monkey bars, I used the vines stretching between trees! And, please, don't try to say that these were technically "monkey bars" too, since I'm a monkey, because I'm not! Gorillas are apes, just like humans. Other gorillas helped me to hollow out fallen tree trunks into a fun slide! Even the big gorillas would slide down it sometimes, but it was a little cramped in there for them. When I lived in the rainforest, we also played games similar to games that we play here at the Animal House, like tag and hide-and-go-seek. All of the animals here have started building an all-natural playground with me so that we use less metal and plastic!
